Tickets can be purchased for any FirstBank Amphitheater event here. Any ticketing related inquiries will go through Ticketmaster customer service.

Cancellations will only occur when the venue posts an official cancellation message on social media, or sends an official text message, email, or posts a message on the venue message board. All fans should follow the venue signage for entry to their designated parking areas and gates. Please reference the entry map here:

Most events have assigned seats with every ticket. Any tickets sold which read GA or General Admission indicate a general admission area that does not have assigned seating within a Section. The General Admission Policy may vary according to the event. Please check event pages for specific General Admission policy details.

Responsible Driver Program

We care about your safety. If any guest feels unsafe to drive home after a concert, they may take a rideshare to their destination and retrieve their vehicle no later than 10 A.M. the following morning. Vehicles being left overnight MUST have an overnight permit from the box office to be placed on the car dashboard. Cars left longer than the designated time are subject to tow at the owner's expense.

Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited.

All shows will go on rain or shine. What this means is that if we encounter some wet weather, the show goes on. If there’s rough weather that requires us to temporarily pause the show, we’ll send everyone to their cars until it blows over.

The venue is on-call with a dedicated meteorologist watching the venue’s specific weather conditions and trends and will advise us on when it’s safe to return into the venue.

During this time, you can watch our official social media for updates for when it’s safe to come back and resume the concert. We’ll also have an opt-in text message system you can use to get our show weather updates.

Important: Don’t leave the concert or parking lot, even if other people decide to, or if you see some venue staff leaving (their shift might be over and that doesn’t mean the concert is cancelled). Please wait until you see an official social post, text message or message board telling you the event is over (most of the time severe weather is temporary and the concert continues later).

The venue will keep our fans notified via our social channels: @firstbankamp
