We offer a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. Mixed drinks, wine and a variety of craft and local beers are offered on site. Must be 21 years of age or older and provide a valid ID. ID’s will be checked with every purchase.

You are not permitted to bring your own alcoholic beverages into the parking lot or venue.

The Parking Lot Concessions will be open prior to doors for food and beverage purchases pre-show. All Parking Lot Concessions must be finished or disposed of before entering the venue.

FirstBank Amphitheater has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Please let our staff know if you feel harassed or threatened in any way. Any guest that is violating venue policy or law will be removed from the property at the sole discretion of Management. Any offensive, rude, aggressive, dangerous behavior will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the venue with no refund.

Visit Ticketmaster.com to view and purchase any artist based VIP packages that may involve a meet and greets or special experiences and merchandise. Please note, the box office and venue do not sell any meet and greet or artist VIP packages.

If any assistance is needed with your vehicle please contact your normal Emergency Assistance provider. The Amphitheater does not have tow or lockout services on site except for days with rain/bad weather. Baby Changing Stations are in the Men’s, Women’s and Family restroom buildings.

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, clear vinyl or clear PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”- approx size of an index card) that can fit in a pocket. Small clutches do not need to be clear. No other bags of any type will be allowed. Clear bags are available for purchase in the Box Office.

Posters larger than 8.5 x 11 (a standard letter size piece of paper) are not permitted into the venue. Signs cannot be obscene or graphic in nature or content. Signs cannot obstruct the view of guests. Management reserves the right to confiscate any sign that is deemed inappropriate.

We are providing a limited number of bicycle and motorcycle spaces. Locks and chains are not provided, and the venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Helme ts are not allowed in the venue - please plan to lock them with your bike/cycle.

The Box Office is open on show days only. Most event days, the box office will open at 3 pm and will remain open until the headlining act goes on stage and 30 minutes post show. Tickets can be purchased for any FirstBank Amphitheater event here. Any ticketing related inquiries will go through Ticketmaster customer service.

Policy Subject To Artist Preference - The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens or if the camera lens zooms out more than 1 inch. will be considered professional and will not be permitted into the venue. The use of flash photography, removable lens devices or recording equipment is not permitted, unless otherwise stated by the venue or artist.

The venue does not allow camping, tailgating or overnight parking of any kind. If you or anyone in your party does not feel safe to drive home after a concert, we encourage you to utilize our Responsible Driver policy (See below)

We care about your safety. If any guest feels unsafe to drive home after a concert, they may take a rideshare to their destination and retrieve their vehicle no later than 10 A.M. the following morning. Vehicles being left overnight MUST have an overnight permit from the box office to be placed on the car dashboard. Cars left longer than the designated time are subject to tow at the owner's expense.

Cancellations will only occur when the venue posts an official cancellation message on social media, or sends an official text message, email, or posts a message on the venue message board. In the event of a show cancellation any information will also be made available via our social channels @firstbankamp. Contact your point of purchase for further information regarding refunds.

We will be hiring seasonal ushers, guest relations, box office, building operations, concession staff, security, and parking attendants. If interested, please send your resume to [email protected] for consideration, including field of interest.

Cell phones are permitted in the venue. The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras; however, for some types of show this policy will change and be subject to the artist's preferences.

All of our events are all ages unless stated otherwise. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent's lap. Diaper bags, baby bjorns, and small bottles/milk are permitted but will be subject to search when entering the venue. Strollers are not permitted.

The venue does not allow weapons or pocket knives of any kind in the venue. No guest will be allowed to enter the venue with a weapon.

We offer a wide variety of elevated southern food and beverage options throughout the venue.

Concessions are located on the main Ridge Level and the Canyon Level behind seating area 301-304. Concessions are also available in the main parking fields; exact times are subject to change per show.

All customers must be identifiable upon entry, security staff must be able to easily match your appearance to your ID photo. Any prop or toy that imitates a weapon will not be allowed into the venue. Other prohibited items include gas masks, motorcycle helmets, rubber masks, sharp corners and edges on clothing, artificial blood, similar-looking liquids (if you are unsure, consult the FirstBank Amphitheater management in advance.) We kindly ask all guests to refrain from using any political signs and symbols. Per case basis, subject to change at the discretion of venue management.

We are an entirely cashless venue. All concessions and merchandise stands only accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex credit/debit cards. Apple Pay is also accepted.

Accessible Parking is located within each parking area. (For Main Field Parking, ADA spaces are in Lot 3.) Vehicles must have and display proper hang tags or license plates to utilize ADA parking. ADA parking spots are limited and are first come first served.

Door times change per show but are typically 90 minutes prior to the first act taking the stage. Please check the specific event page as these times are subject to change.

All customers must be identifiable upon entry, security staff must be able to easily match your appearance to your ID photo. Guests entering the venue must be properly attired and clothing items (pants and shirts) must always be worn. Guests displaying obscene, indecent and/or inappropriate clothing are subject to management discretion and may be prohibited from entering or remaining in the venue.

Guests are permitted to bring an empty refillable water bottle less than 27 oz. Water is available for purchase at the concession stands and comes in an aluminum bottle that can be refilled at the refill stations located on the exterior of the Tailgate Snack Bar and the Restroom Building. 

Guests are not permitted to bring camelbacks.  

MEDICAL

Vanderbilt LifeFlight has trained paramedics to assist with medical issues. The First Aid building is located house right of the stage, and medical personnel will be roaming throughout. Any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed.

SECURITY

Venue Security and Police are on site during all events if additional assistance is needed.

WEATHER

All FirstBank Amphitheater shows go on “rain or shine”. We work to monitor dangerous weather conditions with a dedicated event meteorologist. In the event of a weather emergency - we communicate to all guests through our social channels. Please follow to stay up to date on all announcements:

If you will need an ASL interpreter or hearing assistance, please contact us at least 14 days in advance of the show you will be attending. Please send requests to [email protected] to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.

All fans should follow the venue signage for entry to their designated parking areas and gates. Please reference the entry map here:

We recommend visiting the artists website and sending any items to their designated address.

Don’t send gifts or flowers. We won’t accept them – they’ll be thrown away.

No printed materials, flyers, or petitions allowed onsite.

Most events have assigned seats with every ticket. Any tickets sold which read GA or General Admission indicate a general admission area that does not have assigned seating within a Section. The General Admission Policy may vary according to the event. Please check event pages for specific General Admission policy details.

The General Admission area (or Pit) is located on the Floor of the Amphitheater and is standing room only. There are no chairs or seats.

If you have a large party that will be attending a show and you would like to host a pre-reception, please contact the Amphitheater at [email protected].

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy and state laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to immediate removal. If a guest violates a state or local law, they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement. Any offensive, rude, aggressive, dangerous behavior will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the venue with no refund.

If you need assistance while at an event, please visit our guest services locations at either the info booth inside of the venue or our box office located in the main field parking lot.

If you bring an item to the venue that is not permitted, we do NOT have an item check in or coat check. Guests will be asked to return said item to their vehicle or discard in the appropriate trash/recycling receptacle.

Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event - guests can visit the box office and have their ticket reprinted for a fee. We are only able to accommodate reprints for tickets that were purchased from a Ticketmaster authorized retailer.

If you lose an item while you are at an event- you can visit the Information Tent located on the Ridge Level during the show or the box office after the show to see if it has been turned in. FirstBank Amphitheater will hold any lost items onsite up to (7) days from the event.

All media inquiries are to be directed to Holli Mattison. The venue does not approve press requests; concert media requests are to be submitted directly to artist management.

Special Note: Traffic flow into the venue is optimized for cars arriving on major highways. GPS might route you to small roads and back roads but those typically will not get you into the venue faster.

From the North: Take I-65 South to Exit 59-B/Dickson. Take Exit 30 off of 840 Franklin/Lewisburg onto 431 South to the right. Continue for about one mile on 431 South until you pass Cowels Chapel Methodist Church and take the next left onto Harpeth School Road. At the stop sign, you’ll see the First Bank Amphitheater sign, proceed straight ahead.

First Aid is located to the house right of the stage. We have Vanderbilt LifeFlight trained personnel that are available for any medical assistance. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here- please do so at First Aid so the syringe can be properly disposed of.

Guests are allowed to bring their necessary medical materials and medications.

Prescription Medicine Requirements: Anyone needing prescription medicine at the venue must present the pharmacy-labeled container which states the prescription, dosage, and patient name to our staff at the security entrance.

The main Merchandise stand is located on the Ridge level inside the venue.

Main Field Parking is conveniently located onsite and opens at 3 pm. Once you pull into the main gate entrance, you will be directed into a designated lawn area. Absolutely no street parking or waiting is available. No oversized or commercial trucks, vans, trailers, and RVs are allowed.

If you want a more convenient parking space, you can upgrade to premium lawn parking for an additional fee when purchasing your ticket. Premium Field parking cannot be purchased the day of the show.

If you are interested in becoming a FirstBank Amphitheater season ticket holder within our Cliff Side Suites, Boxes, or Club Seats, please contact Dana Smaha at Live Nation at [email protected]. There are a limited number of premium seats available for day-of-concert upgrades. Please stop by the Info Tent inside theh venue on the Ridge level.

The Quarry Club is a private pre-show party with an outside patio for our Boxes, Club Seats and Cliffside Suite ticket holders. The club will typically open an hour and a half before doors. Quarry Club season pass guests will have access to the air-conditioned indoor space, restroom facilities, waterfall views, fire pits, premium cash bar and live entertainment. Videotaping/Recordings is not permitted. Please see event specific information related to audio recording as some artists do allow audio recording.

We participate in a venue wide recycling and sustainability program. All our concession and catering products are compostable. To learn further details please visit our environment plan here. Please recycle where possible.

Re-Entry is not permitted in the venue unless otherwise instructed by venue management (in the case of weather for example). If you arrive at the show before gates open, you will need to remain in the parking lot until gate opening time. If you do leave at any point in the evening - you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

*If you are removed from the venue due to a policy violation there will be no re-entry to the show allowed*.

Responsible Driver Program

Restroom buildings are located on the Ridge Level near the concession’s buildings and info tent. Family, Men’s, and Women’s restrooms all include ADA accessibility and changing stations.

No Public Transportation is available to/from the venue. We have a designated Uber/Lyft drop off and pick up area for fans who are using rideshares. We strongly recommend scheduling ride pickup requests ahead of time.

Important: The rideshare drop off is not the ADA drop off. For an ADA drop off, please go to the Main Field Parking lot and then pull into the drop lane by the main pedestrian walkway.

Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited.

Venue security is located throughout the premises and around the perimeter to ensure a safe and secure environment for our fans. All security personnel can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our staff if any assistance is needed.

Smoking is not permitted on the FirstBank Amphitheater in any building or common area, except in the designated Smoking Park located just beyond the the restrooms.

We have various photo opportunities throughout the property. Our main mural attraction is by the restroom building. Please be sure to tag @firstbankamp in your photos. We love to see our fans having the best experience at our shows!

Strollers are not permitted on site.  The exception is umbrella strollers as long as they are stored at the Info Tent on the Ridge Level.  They are not allowed in the bowl unless you have an ADA ticket for an ADA designated seat. 

We offer a system called “Tag-A-Kid” that will aid in situations where a child may be separated from their parent or guardian. Simply stop by the Information tent near the concessions area or the Info tent on show days to register your child’s emergency contact information and obtain a “Tag-A-Kid” wristband. If you are separated from your child during an event, track down any staff with a radio and report to the information booth and we will use the information provided to assist in reuniting you.

Accessible tickets can be purchased online via Ticketmaster.com. Any Available ADA seating will be shown on the concert’s interactive ticket map. ADA seats may sell out prior to the show, so please make sure you purchase ADA tickets in advance. 

This venue has NO relationship with StubHub, Vivid Seats, or any other 3rd Party ticketing company and has no information on their ticket prices, refund policies, transfer policies, website operations, application functionality, or any other policy they have.  If you purchase a ticket through a 3rd Party ticketing company contact their customer support with your questions.  

If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased we strongly recommend reaching out to [email protected] with as much advance notice as possible.

Umbrellas are not permitted however you can bring your own poncho or jacket if needed. Ponchos are also available for purchase at the concession stands while supplies last.

We have LED screens on each side of the stage to improve the fan experience. Various venue messaging will be displayed on the screens. Depending on the performers light show, events can have strobing light effects.

All shows will go on rain or shine. What this means is that if we encounter some wet weather, the show goes on. If there’s rough weather that requires us to temporarily pause the show, we’ll send everyone to their cars until it blows over.

The venue is on-call with a dedicated meteorologist watching the venue’s specific weather conditions and trends and will advise us on when it’s safe to return into the venue.

During this time, you can watch our official social media for updates for when it’s safe to come back and resume the concert. We’ll also have an opt-in text message system you can use to get our show weather updates.

Important: Don’t leave the concert or parking lot, even if other people decide to, or if you see some venue staff leaving (their shift might be over and that doesn’t mean the concert is cancelled). Please wait until you see an official social post, text message or message board telling you the event is over (most of the time severe weather is temporary and the concert continues later).

Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office on show days only. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service at 800-653-8000.
