Smoking & Vaping

Smoking is not permitted on the FirstBank Amphitheater in any building or common area, except in the designated Smoker's Park located just beyond the Restroom Building

  • We are an exclusive Ticketmaster venue. To avoid issues or scams we strongly recommend using Ticketmaster to purchase your tickets. To protect you from scams, we will not allow postings for ticket sales on the venue's social sites. In the event of a canceled concert the venue is unable to refund tickets that were purchased via third-party or resale sites. Please contact your point of purchase for assistance in those cases. Ticketmaster’s purchase policy may be found here.
  • Parking in the Main Field Lot is included in your ticket price. The Main Field Parking is grass with uneven surfaces and dirt - plan and dress accordingly.
  • Concerts are rain or shine. Management works closely with a dedicated event meteorologist that is proactively monitoring the weather for potential hazards. No umbrellas allowed. Ponchos are available for purchase in concessions areas while supplies last. All weather-related updates are communicated through our social media channels: @firstbankamp and through your correct contact information your provided Ticketmaster. 
  • Upgraded Premium Field Parking is available for purchase in advance of show day on Ticketmaster and will appear next to the event as “Premium Field Parking.” If it doesn't appear it is sold out.  Upgraded parking cannot be purchased on the day of the event.
  • We have a clear bag policy. To reduce staff contact with your belongings and for faster entry, ALLOWED BAGS include: Clear plastic, clear vinyl or clear PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” OR small clutch bags (4.5” x 6.5” -- roughly the size of an index card) that can fit in your pocket. Small clutch bags do not need to be clear. We have a limited number of clear bags available for sale onsite at the box office.
  • There is a list of prohibited items. Please review the prohibited items list, before you come to an event.
  • This is an entirely cashless venue. All points of sale, including Merchandise, will accept debit & credit cards and Apple Pay.
  • Your phone is your ticket. Make sure you have downloaded your ticket into your mobile wallet and have transferred them to friends in the Ticketmaster App as needed.
  • Smoking is not permitted on the FirstBank Amphitheater grounds except in the designated area in the smoking park past the Restroom building.
  • Lost & Found is located in the Information Booth near the upper concessions during the show and the Box Office building 30 mintues post show. Lost items will be held up to 7 days from the show date and then are considered abandoned.
